Provide the final design file(s) in the proper format. With each piece of content, you have the option to request the editable file as an add-on.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you design only in Canva?
Yes. Canva allows us to collaborate on designs in a way that Adobe Creative Suite and other software do not. Have you ever worked with a designer and received the final file only to realize weeks or months later that you need to make minor edits to the file but aren’t able to, the designer isn’t available, or the file isn’t accessible? Ugh, we can relate. By designing in Canva, we eliminate those frustrating scenarios and give you the option to have total access to your design files. This allows you to make edits anytime and to even leverage designed content as templates and tools for future use. But, like anything, there are exceptions to rules and I'm known to get a little wild. So, if it's not Canva you're after, we can chat.
How much do you charge for design?
That all depends on the type of engagement and/or project. When you choose to work on a “per project” basis, you only pay for the time that we invest into a project. When you choose to work on a “your go-to” (or retained) basis, we discuss your design needs on average each month, the projects you have coming up, and establish a monthly baseline of design projects that fit your needs so you’re getting the absolute most out of our partnership together.
